About the Role
At LeadPack & RevPack, we help B2B startups & tech companies worldwide build & scale their sales strategy and process. LeadPack focuses on creating sales development strategies, while RevPack handles RevOps & GTM engineering, implementing state-of-the-art automations and tools. We worked with the 100+ startups = 100+ exciting projects, technologies, and business models 🚀
On top of it, we're internally working on a startup, OneType (onetype.me), a content repurpose platform for social-selling.
Both co-founders worked at the fastest-growing Polish startups (Zowie and Growbots) with global reach and managed teams of 10+ sales development representatives.
Responsibilities
You'll be a right hand for the Founders, but also operate as independent project manager in outbound, RevOps and automation projects.
You'll be working directly with founders and, after onboarding, with executives of startups from all around the world.
You'll deal with different tasks and projects: sales research, managing outbound campaigns, developing automations in tools like Clay, creating custom scripts & AI agents for internal purposes, managing relationships with clients, and more. In other words: expect a very steep learning curve with a high level of ownership and freedom to come up with projects 📈
Qualifications
- English on C1 (both spoken and written)
- Coachability (you've got to be a quick learner)
- A high degree of ownership (you'll own the projects)
- 6 months+ of proven experience in a similar sales development or growth role
- Being familiar with different cold email platforms (e.g. Clay, Apollo, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a huge advantage
