CRM Implementation & Migration Services
We set up your CRM properly, or move you off the old one without losing a single deal. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho — we work in all of them.
Why CRMS FAIL?
Most CRM problems are not software problems.
Messy data
Duplicates, empty fields, stages nobody agrees on. The data is there. Nobody trusts it.
Disconnected process
Work moves between tools by hand. Things get dropped.
Low adoption
Reps keep their own spreadsheet. Reports become guesses.
Unreliable reporting
The dashboard looks good. The numbers are wrong.

Questions we get asked
CRM migration and implementation, answered.
How long does a CRM migration take?
Three to five weeks from kickoff to cutover for most teams. The number of custom fields and old automations matters more than how much data you have.
Will my team lose access to the CRM during the move?
No. The final sync runs outside working hours, usually over a weekend. Your reps finish Friday in the old system and start Monday in the new one.
What happens to our deal history and old notes?
It comes across as real data, not a text dump. Deals keep their stage, amount, close date and owner. Notes, calls and emails stay on the right record.
Can you migrate from Salesforce without breaking our reporting?
Yes, but we rebuild the reports instead of converting them. The objects change shape in HubSpot. We agree which dashboards matter, rebuild those first, then check the numbers against the old system.
Do you clean the data or just move it?
We clean it first, on a copy. Duplicates get merged and dead records archived before anything reaches the new system. Moving bad data faster only spreads it.
