Event Engine

We know who is coming before they arrive.

Attendees, speakers and sponsors pulled and enriched weeks ahead, attached to the event in your CRM, and worked before and after — so the spend reports a cost per opportunity, not an atmosphere.

Every attendee in the CRM. Every euro accounted for.

Why events don’t report

You spend thousands and report “good atmosphere”.

Nobody knows who is going

You find out at the booth, when it is too late to prepare.

The list never reaches the CRM

Badges and business cards die in a spreadsheet.

Follow-up is late or never

Two weeks later the conversation is cold and unattributed.

Questions we get asked

The Event engine, answered.

Is scraping an attendee list legal?

We work from public sources and business contact data, with lawful basis documented per event and opt-outs honoured across the whole CRM.

How far ahead do you need the event?

Four to six weeks is comfortable. That leaves time to build the roster, enrich it and run pre-event outreach before calendars fill up. We can work with less, but the pre-event sequence gets shorter.

Does this work for events we sponsor and ones we just attend?

Both. Sponsoring gives you the booth and sometimes the attendee list. Attending gives you neither, so the roster is built from public sources instead. The CRM object and the reporting are the same either way.

Same loop, three places.

A short audit of your funnel and data. You leave with a cited baseline and a prioritised architecture.
