Pepe Housing

One outreach setup for both sides of Pepe Housing's market

Pepe Housing had no repeatable way to find partners abroad. Revpack built one across eight cities, reused it for landlords and handed it over to Pepe Housing's team.

One outreach setup for both sides of Pepe Housing's market

Executive summary

Pepe Housing had grown through partnerships with Polish private universities and student organizations, but had no repeatable way to build the same network abroad: eight cities, three kinds of partners and an academic calendar to work around. Revpack built the sending infrastructure on separate domains, segmented each audience and timed outreach to the academic year. In the first month, 1,374 emails produced 17 positive replies, and two partnership agreements were out for signature within seven weeks. The same setup now reaches landlords in six languages, and it lives in Pepe Housing's own accounts, with their team handling the replies.
Key outcomes
17 positive replies in the first month
Between July 23 and August 24, 1,374 emails to three partner segments produced 17 positive replies.
Relocation firms led the way
Relocation and education agencies returned 12 positive replies from 546 emails, a 2.2% positive reply rate and the best of the three segments.
Run in-house
Everything sits in Pepe Housing's own accounts, so the handover needed no migration and their team now handles partner and landlord replies directly.
Two agreements on the table
Within seven weeks of the first email, two partnership agreements were out for signature.
Approach

What we did

Protected Pepe Housing's main domain from day one.

Outreach ran from two separate domains and nine mailboxes, so the campaigns never put the reputation of Pepe Housing's own email at risk. Each mailbox started at five emails a day, inside university office hours. When one domain began blocking replies, we fixed it the same day.

Kept partner talks moving through the summer.

We mapped international offices and student organizations in eight cities and gave each audience its own sequence. In August, with university staff on summer break, we opened a third segment: 528 contacts at 174 relocation and education agencies.

Wrote to landlords in their own language.

Once partner follow-up moved in-house, the same setup went to the other side of Pepe Housing's platform: 220 landlord and property-manager contacts. Each email opened in the landlord's own language, six in total, and, where we found one, named the platform they already list on, so Pepe Housing's model felt familiar.

“One of the universities abroad added us to their partner list off a single email from the campaign. That kind of thing never happened for us in Poland.”
